My name is Kaustubh Ahir and I am a civil engineer having more than 10 years of experience in the construction field as of now. I have had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from small residential buildings to large township projects. Mainly my experience is in residential building construction field.

One thing I have noticed while working on field that freshers often struggles to work efficiently at site because of lack of practical knowledge. I remember my own early days when I had to rely on support of my seniors and experienced professionals to complete many works at site. That's why I decided to create this blog - to share the knowledge I've gained over the years and help new civil engineers get up to speed more quickly.
